 The Export to Excel button on the report raw-data popup was visible, but clicking it did not reliably download a usable Excel file 
 
   
 Solution 
 
 Fixed the raw-data export flow by rebuilding the popup’s report table correctly, wiring the export button to the DataTables Excel export action, returning export data in the format expected by the current DataTables library, and cleaning the exported column headers

 Increase size on Create Agreement Modals (#152167) 
 Problem 
 
 When hovering/selecting the Copy From Template option, the text wraps and pushes the rest of the content outside of the container 
 The same issue happens if the text length is increased

 Increased the overall modal size and the option sizes, and centered/aligned the content to allow for more space for text to wrap
