Performance Management

Resolved an issue where an impersonating user is unable to copy action plans from the previous year (#153854)

Problem

• Action plans cannot be copied over from the previous year when using impersonation.

Solution

• Please send through the impersonation user ID from the action plan copy from the previous year.

Resolve issue on review setup template save silently failing (#153513)

Problem

• Creating / Editing a performance template when perspectives are disabled silently fails when clicking the Save button, and it seems like nothing happens.

Solution

• Firstly, ensure that the weight-to-string conversion is done culture-independent to enforce weights in the format "0.00"
• Second, resolve the conversion in the JS object by compiling the weight as a string property instead of a number. 
• Third, change is to set "placeholder" perspective to 100 on JS when perspectives are disabled to allow validation to pass.

Auto Doc

As a Manager, I want to receive a daily summary of all outstanding documents I assigned to a person (#139800)

• Create a reminder email that goes out once a day to the admin who assigned the document to the user, reminding them that there are employees who have not signed their assigned documents yet 

As an Employee, I want to be notified when I have an outstanding document that requires a signature (#139799)

• This is a daily reminder email for active employees who have outstanding documents to sign - only when the setting is enabled

As an administrator, I want to be notified when an employee has signed a document

• A notification is sent to the administrator who created the document for the user when the user signs the document

Send notification for unsigned documents (#139794)

• It adds a setting, SendReminders, when creating a document for an employee 

People Management

Adding Known As display name logic on line manager name (#152904)

Problem

• Line manager's "Known as" name and surname do not display on the manage person modal on both the main dashboard and people management.

Solution

• Add the known-as display name logic to the line manager's name in the manage person modal. The same way the user's name is displayed.

Integrations

Prevent PaySpace master data imports from remaining stuck (#153774)

Problem

• When PaySpace could not supply master information, the import could remain marked as in progress. Users could not see a stored explanation, and disability information was requested using a name that PaySpace does not recognise.

Solution

• Failed requests now leave a clear error and finish the import as failed, making the outcome visible to users and support teams. Disability information is now requested using PaySpace's supported Disability Type name.

Imports

Add robustness improvements to user imports and the import of custom fields (#139409)

Problem

• When importing data and not every user is linked to a custom field, the user import fails obscurely

Solution

• Improved the reliability and correctness of bulk update operations in the user import process and database context handling.
• The main changes focus on preventing entity state corruption during bulk operations, handling concurrency conflicts more robustly, and ensuring that UserCustomFields are processed without causing database errors.
