0% The Performance Agreement - Objective setting phase

Once your performance contract is opened from the Performance Dashboard, notice the following functionalities and sections on the page.  The primary components you will be using to build up a performance agreement, are the agreement sections located to the left of the screen in the page index.  Note how each component carries its relative significance, or weight, as a percentage next to it.  All sections are located on one page.

  • On the index, click on a section heading to move the page focus to that section.
