Resolved error on update for jpAppointments and accRulesets (#155300)
Problem
- - The package fails on Update jpAppointments due to update on field that does not exists within staging table - The package fails for insert step for accRulesets due to swopping fields
Solution
- - Removed field from Update jpAppointments step that does not exist on staging table - Corrected the order of field insert for insert accRulesets_Staging step Revert "154635 - [%V9-HR Processes%] - Expired landbot access token can be used when user session is still active (#12102)"

Change historical score order and fix contract finalised check (#155744)
Problem
- Ordering on the contract id is not consistent.
- Contracts erroneously showed as in progress, which can happen when contracts are amended.
Solution
- Ordering now happens on the review year end date.
- Calculate the contract finalised state from contract periods and contract surveys (if applicable)
