Setting up and retrieving the token-based authentication credentials from Microsoft
Step 1: Open the Microsoft Entra adminAdmin portalPortal
Navigate to the Microsoft Entra admin center.

Step 5: Choose Microsoft Graph |→ Application Permissions,Permissions.
Step 6:4: GoGrant Admin Consent
Confirm by clicking Yes.
After clicking yes, the
Step 7:5: GoGenerate Client Secret
Navigate to Certificates &
Click New Client
Add
Copy the value from the page for the secret added, this is your Client secret.Secret PleaseValue storeimmediately this as (it will not be available later
Step 7:6: Retrieve App Credentials

GoOpen Signify System.
Navigate to theGear Signify→ System,Ruleset Gear→ |Notifications.
Enable Use Own SMTP Details.
Activate Credentials Required | Token-basedBased authenticationAuthentication.
UseEnter the details obtained from theMicrosoft Entra admin portal step 6 and step 7 to complete the credentialsEntra:
Click bottom of the screenSave to savestore and validate thecredentials.
If validation failfails, pleasereview confirmyour theconfiguration configuration.settings.
