Completing the Performance Cycle
Once each phase for each review period has been completed, the overall summary of the performance agreement can be used to review the performance cycle:
This summary provides several important pieces of information:
- The overall score for the first review period, which is calculated based on the employee's self-rating, the manager's rating, and the final rating.
- The number of check-ins on objectives conducted in the first review period.
- The overall score for the second review period, which is calculated based on the employee's self-rating, the manager's rating, and the final rating.
- The number of check-ins on objectives conducted in the second review period.
- The score for the review survey (if included).
- The calculated overall final score, which is based on the weights of the review periods and the review survey.
