Add Recompile option to Simplified Users Export query (#154101)

Problem

  • Simplified Users Export query can at times run excessively long when the query plan has been cached, and we run into parameter sniffing issues.

 

Solution

  • Added the option to recompile the simplified users export query to ensure the plan is not cached and is recalculated each run.

 

Learning Management

Add borders and calendar icon to cycle Start/End date fields (#153968)

Problem

  • The Start Date and End Date fields in the Add/Edit Cycle modal (Subject Cycle Detail setup) had no visible border or calendar icon, making them inconsistent with other bordered form fields and less discoverable as date pickers.

 

Solution 

  • Wrapped the Start Date and End Date inputs in a bordered input group and added a calendar icon (`fa-calendar-alt`) to each field.

 

Integrations

Prevent PaySpace master data imports from remaining stuck (#153774)

Problem

  • When PaySpace could not supply master information, the import could remain marked as in progress. Users could not see a stored explanation, and disability information was requested using a name that PaySpace does not recognise.

 

Solution

  • Failed requests now leave a clear error and finish the import as failed, making the outcome visible to users and support teams. Disability information is now requested using PaySpace's supported Disability Type name.
