Problem

  • Delete system alert pulls the entire entity and relationships, which are thousands of recipients, causing a timeout

 

Solution

  • Add a rule for cascade delete and pull the parent entity to delete


Data Warehouse

Updated step for jpHRProcesses to include fallback PeopleGroup (#157187)

Problem

  • Currently, HRProcesses will not return any PeopleGroup details from Fallback
  • The ordering of HRProcesses data sources needs to be updated - Field LatestEditedDate needs to be removed within jpAppointments

 

Solution

  • Added a step to update the PeopleGroupName field with the fallback PeopleGroupName if available within HRProcesses 
  • Updated the Display Order fields for HRProcesses per Approval Levels - Update field LatestEditedDate to be archived for jpAppointments

Fix default landbot icon showing briefly before showing custom landbot icon (#157339)

Problem

  • When a custom icon is configured for landbot, the default icon briefly shows before the custom icon is displayed.

 

Solution

  • Completely load the custom icon before displaying any icon.

Problem

  • Request from a client to have the ratings tooltip on the timeline display the period name + rating. Eg "Mid-Year Ratings"

  • Prefix rating tooltip with review item name


Increase Performance Contract timeout to 30 minutes. (#157361)

Problem

  • Request to increase the timeout on PM contract lock check from 20 minutes to 30 Minutes.
  • Older V8 rulesets cannot work correctly due to CSP issues

 

Solution

  • Increased performance contract timeout.
  • This pull request updates the HTTP header middleware to support multiple Content Security Policy (CSP) versions based on a configurable ruleset, improving flexibility and security handling. The middleware now determines which CSP version to apply per request, adds a new implementation for the legacy CSP (V1), and refactors method names for clarity.


Resolve issue where excluding review period does not visually show when using Score Labels (#157331)

Problem

  • When using score labels and excluding a review period, there is no visual representation to the user that it is excluded. Normal gauge display shows 'EXCL'.

 

Solution

  • Ensure that the label mapping score displays similarly to the normal gauge when the review period is excluded.

Ruleset Management

The default landbot icon does not show the bubble's background colour (#157348)

Problem

  • The default landbot/Signibot icon on the integrations page just shows the raw icon.

 

Solution

  • Show the background colour that is used when displaying landbot/Signibot on the dashboards in the preview as well.


The bottom "Save" button now saves Landbot customisation changes (#157354)

Problem

  • If a user made Landbot customisation changes and used the main "Save" button on the integrations tab it did not save the changes.

 

Solution

  • The main "Save" button now also saves the changes.


Landbot customisation bug fixes (#157293, #157295, #157298, #157300, #157306)

Problem

  • "Choose File" button is styled incorrectly.
  • Validation of png's, JPEGs, and WebP files was incorrect.
  • When the custom icon was selected, but no file was uploaded, it showed an error.
  • Headings were not capitalised.
  • The success message is not prominent.

 

Solution

  • Use the ruleset's secondary colour for the button.
  • Correctly validate the images.
  • Change the option back to the default icon.
  • Capitalise the headings.
  • Added a green border and background.
