Enable YouTube embeds in the rich text editor (#153294)

Problem

  • Unable to embed YouTube videos in widgets and help files

 

Solution

  • This update broadens the Content-Security-Policy to allow YouTube iframe sources and disables the Syncfusion HTML sanitiser in the rich text editor so embedded video content can load without CSP blocking.
  • It preserves the existing allowances for app assets and Syncfusion resources while enabling video embeds in editor content.
