Performance Management

Confirmation modal not opening when submitting evaluations. Fix date pickers in review setup (#153492)

Problem

  • In PM Review setup, the date input styling for the phase dates was broken
  • In PM Review setup, the period start date is automatically focused and expands the calendar control
  • When evaluating others, the submit button does nothing.
  • A console error is displayed indicating the error relates to mdb not loaded. 

 

Solution

  • Resolve issue introduced by previous fix that caused the flatPicker functionality to override/mask the mdb input / floating functionality.
  • Exclude flatpicker inputs from the auto-focus functionality on the global input element handling. 3. Added the missing jQuery shim file to EvaluationLayout; also added a guard to try to handle modal opening better. 

 

Data Warehouse

SendReminders Field added to accDocuments (#154384)

Problem

  • Needed the SendReminders field in report builder

  • Added SendReminders field in accDocuments

 

Added CAST function for jpHRProcessRequestPivotData (#142737)

Problem

  • The step failed if NVARCHAR values exceeded 2000

 

Solution

  • Added a CAST function for the jpHRProcessRequestPivotData Staging Insert step to resolve the error

 

Resolved error within UpdateDataDictionary SSIS Package (#153855)

Problem

  • Currently, the package fails within UpdateDataDictionary due to a SQL error with the step Update Existing DataSourceJoins 

 

Solution

  • Resolved the SQL error for the step Update Existing DataSourceJoins within UpdateDataDictionary

 

Created datasource accDocuments (#139797)

Problem

  • Need to create a “Document Signature Outstanding” report , which requires additional fields in the DWH 

 

Solution

  • Added required fields within datasource Documents

 

Updated Insert step for jpAppointments (#154027)

Problem

  • Currently, for jpAppointments, it only refreshes appointment data for the current year. But it does not consider other tables it joins

  • Updated Insert step for jpAppointments to also check for records that have been updated this year for other tables that the insert query joins

  • Resolve the timezone from webmvc, where it is available from the request cookie and not from the contentmanagement service

  • Ensure Send Reminders is disabled when the template is deleted 

 

Ensure list documents does not fail when category master data was deleted (#153873)

Problem

  • List document templates for autodoc fail when the category master data was removed or does not exist anymore for some reason

  • Default to an empty string if category master data cannot be found

Job Management

Fix disclaimer enabled on Job Title set to show on Registration page is not being displayed when the job is selected (#153407)

Problem

  • Disclaimer enabled on Job Title set to show on Registration page is not being displayed when the job is selected

 

Solution

  • The disclaimer does not display because the incorrect query was called, which expected a user ID, and the code incorrectly sent the job profile ID. Add a query which expects a job profile id and use that query instead to determine whether a disclaimer should display

 

People Management

Add a check when creating new reporting line people groups to only users that already exist on the same type of people group (#153696)

Problem

  • All line managers who do not yet have a reporting line people group

 

Solution

  • Limit the query to include only reporting line people groups in the filter of existing people groups to exclude

 

Imports

Add Recompile option to Simplified Users Export query (#154101)

Problem

  • Simplified users export query can at times run excessively long when the query plan has been cached, and we run into parameter sniffing issues.

 

Solution

  • Added the option to recompile the simplified users export query to ensure the plan is not cached and is recalculated each run. Execution time went from >2 mins to +-4 seconds.

 

Learning Management

Add borders and a calendar icon to cycle Start/End date fields (#153968)

Problem

  • The Start Date and End Date fields in the Add/Edit Cycle modal (Subject Cycle Detail setup) had no visible border or calendar icon, making them inconsistent with other bordered form fields and less discoverable as date pickers.

 

Solution

  • Wrapped the Start Date and End Date inputs in a bordered input-group and added a calendar icon (`fa-calendar-alt`) to each field.
